Day 8 stats

I stated loading on August 17th...I weighed 218.8 pounds. I started my first VLCD on August 19th. As of this morning, August 24, I weigh 206.0 which means I have lost over 12 pounds! WooHOO!

This is my HCG weight loss journey

My weight has yo-yoed for the last 8 years, but I realized I needed to do something when I started looking very pregnant! I had a woman in a store ask me when my baby was due and I was absolutely mortified. Also, my daughter told me that she liked my big belly because it made me look like I was going to have a baby and she would like me to have a baby! UGH!!! Needless to say, I have decided to try HCG! I will post my stats below and try to update them daily!
