I cheated...UGH!
On Saturday, I had 3 bites of ice cream and some garlic butter rice. On Sunday, I was up 1/2 a pound. I was strict with my eating on Sunday, but on Monday morning, I had gained another pound! Today is Tuesday and I am now only .2 pounds away from where I was Saturday morning...which means I will have spent at least 3 days trying to do undo a few bites of food. It's so not worth it! This program works when you do it right!
